As a designer, the real challenges that come with 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 and it comes with a lot of responsibility for both the authority, the architect and any other stakeholder who is a part of such schemes.
